WCEC App 隱私權政策

威明頓主恩堂(以下稱「本教會」)的 WCEC App 是為會友和朋友提供教會公告、活動與崇拜影片的免費 App。我們非常重視您的隱私,以下說明 App 如何處理資料。
我們收集的資料
一般使用本 App 不需要註冊或登入,也不會收集您的姓名、電話、電子郵件、所在位置、通訊錄或照片。App 內沒有廣告,也不會追蹤您在其他 App 或網站上的活動。只有在您選擇使用「會友專區」時,我們才會收集您提供的:電子郵件(用來登入)、姓名、英文名(選填)、家庭小組、想接收消息的事工,以及您申請加入的團隊(例如詩班)。
會友專區
這些資料只用來確認您的會友身分、讓牧者與小組長審核申請,以及提供只給會友看的公告與通知。能看到您資料的只有您本人、本教會的牧者、您所屬家庭小組的小組長,以及您申請加入的團隊負責人。資料儲存在 Google Firebase 與本教會的 Google 帳號中。您可以隨時登出;也可以在 App 的「會友專區 → 我的資料 → 刪除我的會友資料」刪除您的會友資料,或聯絡本教會協助刪除。
App 顯示的內容
公告與活動由本教會提供,透過 Google Firebase 傳送到您的手機。為了維持服務運作,Google 可能會記錄一般的技術資訊(例如 IP 位址、裝置類型),這些資訊不會被用來辨識您個人。
推播通知
如果您允許通知,手機會取得一組匿名的推播識別碼,只用來傳送教會的重要公告,不會與您的身分連結。如果您登入會友專區,推播識別碼會與您的會友資料連結,用來傳送給您個人的通知(例如申請已通過)以及只給會友的公告。您可以隨時在 App 的「更多 → 設定 → 教會通知」或手機的系統設定中關閉。
加入手機行事曆
只有在您按下「加入手機行事曆」時,App 才會請求行事曆權限,用來把該活動加入您的行事曆。App 不會讀取、上傳或修改您行事曆中的其他內容。
影片與外部網頁
主日崇拜錄影與直播透過 YouTube 播放,適用 Google 的隱私權政策。App 內開啟的教會網站或外部網頁(例如場地預約)各有其隱私權政策。
存在您手機上的設定
語言、外觀(淺色/深色)與通知開關等設定只儲存在您的手機上,不會上傳。會友專區的登入資訊和最近讀取的內容,存在手機的安全儲存區(iPhone 鑰匙圈/Android Keystore)中,登出或刪除會友資料時會一併刪除。
兒童隱私
一般使用本 App 不會收集個人資料。會友專區不是為 13 歲以下兒童設計的,我們不會刻意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。
資料分享
本教會不會販售、出租或與第三方分享任何使用者資料。
政策更新
若本政策有所變更,我們會更新此頁面並修改上方的生效日期。

WCEC App Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026
The WCEC app from Wilmington Community Evangelical Church (“the church”) is a free app that brings church announcements, events and worship videos to members and friends. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the app handles information.
Information we collect
Using the app normally does not require an account or sign-in, and the app does not collect your name, phone number, email address, location, contacts or photos. There are no ads, and the app does not track your activity in other apps or websites. Only if you choose to use the Member Area do we collect the information you provide: your email address (to sign in), name, English name (optional), small group, the ministries you want news from, and any team you ask to join (such as the choir).
Member Area
This information is used only to confirm that you are a member, to let pastors and small group leaders review your request, and to provide announcements and notifications for members. Only you, the church’s pastors, your small group leader, and the leaders of teams you ask to join can see your information. It is stored in Google Firebase and the church’s Google account. You can sign out at any time, and you can delete your member data in the app (Member Area → My details → Delete my member data) or by contacting the church.
Content shown in the app
Announcements and events are provided by the church and delivered to your phone through Google Firebase. To operate the service, Google may log basic technical information (such as IP address and device type); this is not used to identify you personally.
Push notifications
If you allow notifications, your phone receives an anonymous push token that is used only to send important church announcements and is not linked to your identity. If you sign in to the Member Area, your push token is linked to your member record so we can send you personal notifications (such as when your request is approved) and member-only announcements. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app (More → Settings → Church Notifications) or in your phone’s settings.
Adding events to your calendar
The app asks for calendar permission only when you tap “Add to My Calendar”, and uses it only to add that event. The app does not read, upload or change anything else in your calendar.
Videos and external web pages
Worship recordings and livestreams play through YouTube and are subject to Google’s privacy policy. Church websites or external pages opened in the app (such as room booking) have their own privacy policies.
Settings stored on your phone
Your language, appearance (light/dark) and notification settings are stored only on your phone and are never uploaded. Your Member Area sign-in and recently viewed content are kept in your phone’s secure storage (iPhone Keychain / Android Keystore) and are removed when you sign out or delete your member data.
Children’s privacy
Using the app normally does not collect personal information. The Member Area is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Sharing of information
The church does not sell, rent or share any user information with third parties.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
